“Grand Central Oyster Bar & Restaurant” opened in New York’s doorway, “Grand Central Station” in 1913. Boasting a 90 year history and a global reputation as a premier U.S. landmark restaurant. This restaurant attracts New York locals as well as tourists from around the globe and is bustling with activity daily. The Tokyo branches opened in Shinagawa. Guests enjoy a variety of seafood, dishes created with fresh seafood, including an often changing selection of fresh domestic and overseas oysters, in a space with extensive use of tile to create a feeling of an “old and good American atmosphere,” very much like that of the New York restaurant. The restaurant offers 120 types of wines with a core of French whites, and ten types are offered by the glass.
