Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener was opened in Manhattan, NY in 2004 by Wolfgang Zwiener who worked as a headwaiter for 36 years in world-famous Peter Lugar Steakhouse in Brooklyn, NY which opened in 1887.
Wolfgang Steakhouse is operated by Mr.Wolfgang Zwiener in New York and Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, and jointly operated by Mr. Zwiener and WDI Corporation at Waikiki in Hawaii, all of which receive favorable recognition.
The signature menu is Porter house (T-bone steak with tenderloin), Prime cut short loin, Ribeye, etc. All the meats are dry aged for 28 days in our own aging box with strictly controlled condition.
Also other seafood menus are available such as Jumbo Lobster, Wild Salmon, Swordfish, and Yellow Fin Tuna.
