| "Il Mulino New York" opened in New York's Greenwich Village in 1981. Utilizing the ultimate in high quality ingredients, the restaurant offered classic Roman cuisine with "masculine flavors" using an abundance of garlic and olive oil and became an ultra popular eatery almost immediately upon opening.
