| This new concept in casual American dining was created, designed and based upon the 1995 Academy Award motion picture "FORREST GUMP." The concept is designed to appear as if the film's main character "Forrest Gump" and his friend "Bubba" established their own Louisiana shrimp restaurant. The first restaurant opened in Monterey, California, in 1996. With the success of the first restaurant, the concept has successfully grown to over 30 restaurants, located throughout major cities in the continental U.S. and Hawaii. The dining room and interior design of the restaurant is just like the scenes of the movie. Enjoy the Southern style American cooking, focused on variety of shrimp dishes in a homelike atmosphere where the food is delicious and plentiful. |
