Capricciosa defined as a pioneer of casual Italian dining trend is introducing a new line of Italian concept "Pasta Cafe Capricciosa." Its first location will open on Wednesday, July 30th in the terminal building "atre vie Tabata" located at the north exit of Tabata JR station.
Based on originality as well as deliciousness coming from our professional handicraft technique, that can be said as Capricciosa's precious asset, this concept was developed to appeal to accessibility of guests in 20s and 30s. This newly developed concept is not intended to just expand our coffee and dessert lineups but to provide casual dining destination to the guests for tea time and for dinner time with a drink; simultaneously setting our longevity pasta menu to the business core.
Newly introduced main items will be as follows:
- "Spaghetti with Wild Vegetables and Chicken Breast in a Collagen Soup, Ume Plum Paste on Top" (950 yen),
- "Spaghetti with Spear Squid, Japanese Basil and Basil in Cod Roe Cream" (950 yen),
- "Spaghetti in Clams and Seaweed Mineral Broth" (850 yen),
- "Spaghetti with Three Kinds of Mushrooms and Soft-boiled Egg in Soybean-milk Cream Sauce" (950 yen),
- "Chilled Spaghetti with Pork Shabu-shabu Salad" (980 yen);
of which oriental taste we have dared not ever to adopt. We challenge food ingredients and cooking to meet this concept, and we go upstream against the original concept of "enjoyment in sharing big portion" to offer "small portion" instead.
In this way, the menu line-up is arranged to meet the gastronomic consciousness of public today as well as of guests seeking healthiness and lightness. For beverages, more than 60 items will be served from authentic espresso, beer, wine, umeshu to sake. Side dishes that go well with these drinks will be served as well. For the interior, it is done in cozy and light ambience in which single guest can drop by freely.
A new dining experience at the innovated Capricciosa will satisfy not only Capricciosa fans with loyal patronage but also any of single walk-in guests who want to have pleasant dining experience with a drink in the afternoon.
With emphasis on our health oriented concept, new logo is also created keeping Capricciosa brand identity in mind.
