Baby Back Rib from USA is barbequed by charcoal with elaborate cooking process and delicious BBQ sauce finishing. This time "special Korean sauce" is used as finish! The sauce has combination of fruity sweetness and spicy accent added by Korean spicy bean paste (Kochujang). You can enjoy cabbage namur as side dish.
