At "Breeze of Tokyo", which opened in September of 2001 on the 36th floor of
Tokyo's Maru Building - boasting ""Tokyo's best night view" - fusion cuisine
of a new sensibility created by Chef Tetsuji Koga with seasonal Japanese
ingredients and French cooking methods has continued to receive high
praise.
On this occasion and in the pursuit of the utmost in "seasonal", we are
excited to announce our "Chef's Favorites Fair" (May 9 ~ 31) during which we
offer you a special menu of six items that utilize carefully selected
ingredients adored by Chef Koga and only available during this season. We
invite you to enjoy these creations as appetizers to your dinner, or as
accompaniments in our bar lounge to your favorite champagne, wine or
Japanese rice wine.
Also, in addition of the delicious flavors of the season, we are pleased to
offer as of April 18 an a la carte menu from which you can enjoy a wide
selection of different creations. We invite you to experience these as well.

- Caviar and Marinated Scallop, Ivory Shell and Chum Salmon RUIBE with Tomato Mousse, Jelly and Sorbet 2,100 yen
- Grilled Green Asparagus and Parma Prosciutto with Black Olive and Ricotta Sauce 1,890 yen
