The first location of "Stone Burg", a restaurant offering "hamburgers", a standard item popular with a wide range of customers celebrates its grand opening on April 27 (Wed) on the fourth floor of "ARIO Soga", a commercial complex which opens on the same day near the "Soga Station" on the JR Keiyo and Sobu Lines.
This "Stone Burg" is an original restaurant developed with multiple location development on the horizon. The restaurant's offerings start with stone grilled hamburgers and includes steak, grilled chicken, fried shrimp, chorizo as well as a variety of appetizers and salads all meant to be enjoyed by a wide range of guests from the young to families.
The "stone grilled hamburgers" are made from an original recipe of 100% beef formed into straw bag shapes and the distinguishing characteristic is an airy and soft oral sensation. The outside of the hamburgers have grill cooking lines from cooking over charcoal, the inner meat is rare, and the hamburgers are brought to the tables on very hot special stone plates. Staff members cut the hamburgers into halves in front of the guests, and the hamburgers are cooked to one's liking with the heat from the plates. We invite you to enjoy the crunchy surface, fluffy insides and juicy flavor of these special creations. We offer 180g (930 yen), 270g (1,230 yen) and 360g (1,530 yen) sizes. And, we also offer larger versions in 90g (300 yen) increments. Please choose your favorite sauce from among seven different types.
