"Capricciosa", a casual Italian restaurant will run a campaign entitled "Italy / The Glory of the Four Seasons" from April of this year through February of next year. The eleven month period of this campaign will be divided into the four seasons of Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, and
Capricciosa will offer course menus for two which utilize ingredients from a particular season.
In addition, guests who order this course menu on a weekday will receive "Capricciosa Original Dog Key Holders" with designs that change each month.
These are key holders with a miniature stuffed dog such as a Cocker Spaniel, Yorkshire Terrier, Siberian Husky or other type of dog. Hurry in since the key holders are presented by each restaurant on a first come first served basis(availability limited).

Moderately sweetened caramel mousse is hardened into Zucchetto shape.
Zucchetto is a round dome shaped hat worn by Italian priests. Topped with
special caramel sauce.
