"Capricciosa", a casual Italian restaurant will run a campaign entitled
"Italy / The Glory of the Four Seasons" from April of this year through
February of next year. The eleven month period of this campaign will be
divided into the four seasons of Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, and
Capricciosa will offer course menus for two which utilize ingredients from a
particular season.
In addition, guests who order this course menu on a weekday will receive
"Capricciosa Original Dog Key Holders" with designs that change each month.
These are key holders with a miniature stuffed dog such as a labrador,
dachshund, bull terrier or other type of dog. Hurry in since supplies are
limited and key holders are presented by each restaurant on a first come
first served basis.

<Appetizer> x 2 items
- • Escabeche of sillaginoid with a bamboo shoot and rape blossom salad
A refreshing escabeche with wine vinegar and olive oil accompanied by bamboo
shoots and rape blossoms marinated in garlic. A creation, which makes one
sense the Spring through the texture of the bamboo shoots, the slightly
bitter rape blossoms and the aroma of garlic as an accent.
<Pasta or Pizza> x 2 items
- • Spaghetti with clams and Chinese cabbage, seafood peperoncino
A simple "peperoncino" of garlic, olive oil and cayenne pepper combined
with large clams and crisp Chinese cabbage.

- • Pizza Campagna (Homemade sausage and colorful vegetables)
Cheese, homemade salsiccia (sausage) and marinated colorful vegetables
(broccoli, paprika, onion) top this baked to perfection pizza.
<Dessert> x 2 items
- • Mini profiteroles, berry berry sauce
Cute mini cream puffs topped with a sauce made from fresh cream and four
types of berries. The affinity between the rich fresh cream and the tartness
of the concentrated berry flavors is outstanding.

- • Strawberry creme anglaise, dressed with a acerola gelee
Sweet and tart Spring picked strawberries topped with melt in your mouth
soft custard cream and dressed with a refreshing acerola gelee.

- • "Capricciosa Original Dog Key Chains" will be presented to guest who order
this course during the week (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Designs
