"Capricciosa" will run a campaign entitled "A Tale of Italy’s Four Capitals" over an approximately one year period from May, 2003 to March, 2004. The campaign will be divided into rounds one through four, a representative Italian city will be the theme of each round, and specially priced two person course meals with dishes from each city will be offered.
And, we will present "Capricciosa Original Teddy Bears (limited quantities)" with designs that change monthly to guests who order these special course meals during the week. The backs of these teddy bears will contain the name of the city featured in the campaign and a number patch, and the chest of the bears will be embroidered with an illustration which symbolizes the city. These teddy bears will be given away at all restaurants on a first come first served basis and quantities are limited so don’t miss out.

A dish combining herb infused marinated calamari and colorful spring vegetables

- Spaghetti with Homemade Salvia Seasoned Italian Sausage and Potherb Mustard
Spaghetti prepared with olive oil and homemade Italian sausage containing salvia (sage) which has a strong aroma and bitter taste that hides the strong smell of the meat. Finished off with refreshingly crisp potherb mustard and cheese.

- Garden Spaghetti with Colorful Seasonal Vegetables
A tomato sauce spaghetti with an abundance of vegetables such as beans, broccoli, white kidney beans, garden beans, celery and onions.

- Raspberry Pannacotta
Pannacotta with a smooth texture and creamy aftertaste, topped with a sweet-sour raspberry sauce and garnished with raspberries.
