"Capricciosa" New Signature Pastas Appear in the Grand Menu on April 1 Four Popular Items Become Regular Menu Items Based on the 2002 Campaign

Since Capricciosa inception, pasta dishes have been the most popular menu items. Of these items, three spaghetti dishes - "Tomato and Garlic", "Bacon and Cream Carbonara", and "Deep Fried Eggplant and Spinach in Meat Sauce" - have remained long time ultra popular items.
Last year, we offered 12 newly created seasonal pasta dishes as new
signature candidates over a one year period in order to continue creating
hit menu items; we called this "The New Signature Pasta Campaign Where You Choose".
As a result, four dishes were chosen by over 1 million customers who tried and voted on their favorite new pasta dish, and these four dishes will reappear in our grand menu as new signature menu items. We invite you to try these dishes anew.

- Pappardelle with steamed chicken and broccoli in a delicious creamy white sauce; 980 yen "Parpadelle", a wide belt-like handmade pasta enveloped in a cream sauce with broccoli and chicken.
- Pappardelle with Italian porcini and mushrooms in a cream sauce: 980 yen Wide belt-like parpadelle enveloped in a rich cream sauce with an abundance of aromatic Italian porcini mushrooms.
- Fettuccine with smoked salmon in a tomato cream sauce; 980 yen A fresh fettuccine pasta dish with a delicious tomato sauce and smoked salmon.
