“Spago Tokyo” opened in Roppongi Tokyo in 1983 as the sister restaurant to
“Spago Beverly Hills”, where California cuisine originator Wolfgang Puck
is the owner/chef. The restaurant features California cuisine, a cuisine in
which the essence of all the countries of the world are incorporated in a
French cooking based technique, and which is completed in a healthy and
light manner. Since the restaurant’s opening twenty years ago to the
present, many of these creations have received great praise and support from
a variety of guests including prominent individuals from various circles.
On this, the 20th anniversary of the restaurant, we proudly present a seven
course meal featuring an abundance of seasonal flavors such as duck and
mushrooms. The meal begins with an appetizer and ends with a dessert, and
includes glasses of champagne, white, red and dessert wines chosen to match
